Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to Cabin Crew

Develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the Air Cabin Crew sector.  It serves as a technical certificate, in the Aviation Apprenticeship framework.  THis course will include units related to working as cabin crew, airline health, safety and security, aircraft emergency situations, dealing with passengers on board, cabin service - selling techniques, making passenger announcements on board, employment rights and responsibilities in the passenger transport sector.  You will also be required to complete relevant external courses, which are part of the syllabus.  This practical, work-telated course required you to have good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.  You will be assessed continuously through projects and assignments based on real life scenarios, with some supervised assessments.  Assessments are varied and include presentations, group work, role plays and written reports.
